::  Dominant grocery and drug store
::  Key anchors that are one of the dominant chains within their store category
::  At least 60% national or strong regional tenants
::  Shop space should not exceed 40% of rentable area
::  Grocery store size should be not less than 40,000 square feet
::  Grocery anchor sales should be in excess of $400 per square foot
::  At least two major anchors for community centers
::  Sales volume should be above national average
::  Minimum size range of 70,000 to 125,000 square feet for neighborhood centers; 125,000 to 250,000 square feet for community centers
::  Parking ratio of at least 5:1,000 square feet of rentable area

Power Centers
::  Prominent location within trade area
::  Majority of anchors dominant retailers in their categories
::  Shop space should not exceed 20% of rentable area
::  Close to other retail concentrations or a regional mall
::  Minimum size of 100,000 square feet
::  Parking ratio of at least 5:1,000 square feet of rentable area

Lifestyle Centers
::  High density, high income trade areas with strong barriers to development
::  Strong concentration of national specialty, fashion and lifestyle tenants
::  Outdoor space configuration geared to pedestrian traffic
::  Minimum size of 150,000 square feet
::  Parking ratio of at least 5:1,000 square feet of rentable area

Regional Malls
::  High density, high income trade areas with strong barriers to development
::  Key anchors that are one of the dominant chains within their store category
::  In proximity to a freeway interchange providing convenient vehicular access
::  Minimum size of 400,000 square feet
::  Parking ratio of at least 5:1,000 square feet of rentable area
