Rental communities amenities, and age less than 20 years old. Additionally, we are seeking to recommend communities where value can be added through physical or management repositioning.
Delphi is selectively adding to its portfolio of office building listings. We continue to consider recommending office properties over $5 million, in central business districts and premier suburban locations.
Delphi is selectively offering grocery anchored neighborhood, community, power and lifestyle centers, and oftimes regional malls.
Delphi is actively seeking to increase this portfolio of availability for clients. Specifically, we endeavor to recommend office-tech/flex, warehouse/light industrial buildings, and business parks.
Value Added Opportunities - Development, Redevelopment, Land
In addition to our core property offerings, Delphi is actively pursuing value added opportunity listings. Property types include industrial, office, retail and apartments, in addition to vacant land and development projects. In certain cases we can connect you with joint ventures and/or offer strategic alliances with real estate firms that have special product or local expertise, and we can help you with higher levels of debt.
